Jennifer Neilson is an award-winning Purpose, Mindset & Identity Coach, speaker, and founder of My Lead Advantage. She helps capable women who are exhausted from holding it all together quiet the noise in their heads, stop second-guessing themselves, reconnect with who they are, and live with greater clarity and confidence.

Her work blends practical mindset tools, neuroscience-informed practices, identity, strengths, values, and purpose to help women understand the automatic patterns driving their thoughts and behaviors and learn how to create lasting change in real life.

Jennifer brings more than 30 years of HR and leadership experience, including time as a global HR executive. She has trained more than 30,000 leaders, coached hundreds of women, and supported more than 500 businesses. Through HR Made Simple, she also helps organizations make HR clearer, more practical, and easier for leaders, managers, and employees to navigate.

Jennifer has spoken for universities and colleges, nonprofits, HR and veterinary associations, and at events and organizations including DisruptHR and SAS’ Women in Analytics, as well as in collaboration with Positive Intelligence.
